StencilGirl® & Seth Apter WOW Blog Hop!

Welcome to the StencilGirl® Products & Seth Apter WOW Blog Hop!
StencilGirl® Products & Seth Apter WOW Blog Hop
I’m excited to be participating in this hop and sharing four art journal spreads I created!

It was such fun to combine
StencilGirl® stencils with Seth Apter's WOW! Embossing Powders!
Mary C. Nasser, Mixed Media Art Journaling
For each spread, I worked in my 8'' × 5½'' Softcover 500 Series Mixed Media Art Journal:
Mary C. Nasser, Mixed Media Art Journaling
For this spread, I used my Map Stencil, Map with Roundabouts Stencil, Navigate Stencil

and Water's Edge Stencil.

Water's Edge stencil
I pounced a cosmetic sponge onto the WOW! Embossing Pad then pounced through this through my
Navigate Stencil and Water's Edge Stencil directly onto the journal pages.
Next I
poured Seth Apter's Sea of Tranquility embossing powder over the inked area,
tapped off the excess powder and melted it with a heat tool.

Below are details of this spread:

For my second spread, I used my Map Stencil and Map with Roundabouts Stencil again.
This time I used
Seth Apter's Blue Moon embossing powder with my Map with Roundabouts Stencil

and Sea of Tranquility with  my Map Stencil.

I am fascinated by the blue edging to the green/aqua waves. is this an effect created by the powder itself or did you use magic to make that happen.? it's so different.

Great spreads. I love any water themed work. Great use of colors, the nautical stencils and of course the embossing powders. Seth’s powders are by far my favorite and always go to powders. They are amazing.
