My new painting this week is entitled Travels.

This painting layers Hawaiian maps, typed text, mica, olivine, metal ephemera and acrylic paint and media on a small stretched canvas.

Great work! For some reason this seems to have a 50's sort of feel, like the title piece for a Disney travelogue that would be shown before the movie. Love it.
