My new painting this week is entitled Map.

This painting layers Hawaiian maps, typed text, metal, ephemera, acrylic paint and media on a small stretched canvas.

You're inspiring me to get out my maps and start using them. The funny thing is I LOVE maps and I have some, but I haven't really gotten them out and incorporated them into my art! One day! And alll because of you and the wonderful things you do with maps! :^) patsy
