I love seeing them all laid out like that and am excited to see their progress... would be very cool if you photographed them in the same places next week so we could see the progress between the two shots if you know what I mean... then we could see the work emerging... would be cool...xx

I really love those! My 6yo loves maps so I wrapped a couple canvases with old maps. He loves them hanging on his wall. I think he'd love yours also. Happy PPF!

Oooh, I love to see a table full of works-in-progress like that! And yours are especially beautiful. I've been thinking that I need to try working like this and just spread out a bunch of papers and colors on the floor and see where it takes me!

Can't wait to see what they become. I do love the way they are laid out, it is art in itself!

Wow Mary-these are absolutely stunning. I'm itching to give mixed media a go one day-it looks so wonderful, but I haven't done any kind of design work since my woven textile degree in the 1980's, so I'm a little apprehensive still! So nice to be in touch again with BYW2 (you were so encouraging on BYW1 whae I made one post on 'Evie and Gabriel'! See you on the course ! Caroline :-)

Hi Mary, I enjoyed looking through your blog this evening, and your work is lovely. I love the intimate scale of many of these pieces -- and you're so prolific! Very inspiring!
