I had a wonderful time as guest artist at Missouri Artists on Main this past weekend!
This time, I led the workshop Monotype Delights! Printmaking with Gelli Plates!
These participants were on an AMAZING printing FRENZY!! And I mean that in the BEST possible way!

Monotype printmaking is a liberating and fun medium – a process that combines both painting and printmaking techniques. We layered and removed colors, using brayers, stencils, and Gelli Plates to create rich and exciting prints!
Dozens of bottles of paints and inks! Mounds of brushes, brayers, stencils, paper, and catalyst wedges! We printed on both paper and fabric. And of course there were LOTS of StencilGirl stencils in the house!!

My next Gelli Plate Printing Workshop will be Saturday, October 5th, at the Foundry Art Centre!
