Now imagine going to Mary Beth’s studio and taking a workshop from her and Seth Apter – that they co-teach! On art journaling!
BEST. WORKSHOP. EVER!
BEST. WORKSHOP. EVER!
In the intimate setting of Mary Beth Shaw’s studio, with just 8 workshop participants, we spent the day constructing and embellishing our own unique art journals! There were lots of layers of paint and texture, bookbinding and laughs! Let me tell you, if you ever get a chance to take a workshop from Mary Beth or Seth, do it! And Mary Beth and Seth together…WOW! It was delightful making art with friends – and making new friends, too! Of course, there were tons of StencilGirl stencils there for us to use during the workshop also!
I learned about many new materials and techniques to use in my art journaling and mixed-media paintings.
