Long Drive Art Journal Spread

Today I'm sharing my newest art journal pages! This spread incorporates acrylics and PaperArtsy paints and StencilGirl Products – with pastels, inks, collage, and handwritten quotes using techniques from Roxanne Coble's Lyrical online art journal class! This spread is 12" x 18" in my large Dylusions journal:

I am layering LOTS of StencilGirl Products in these two pages – stencils both old and new!
In the lower left-hand corner, I've incorporated Terri Stegmiller's Tire Tracks 6
– because who doesn't need some tire tracks in their travel-themes pages!!

In the detailed photo below, I've also included the suitcase image from
Let's Go 2! I used my StazOn Midi in Ganache on a label I painted ahead of time with Seth Apter's PaperArtsy Buff paint. Love this color combination because it gives the images the vintage look I’m going for! I also added Andrew Borloz's Floating Cubes A stenciled in StazOn Teal Blue and Floating Cubes B stenciled in StazOn Ganache.

I've also included It's a Small World Latitude on underpaper:

And those wonderful cross marks are from Seth Apter's Alpha Drips stencil!

And who can go on a long, long, long, long drive without Nathalie Kalbach's Old Timer stencil?

I'm linking up with Simon Says: Layer It Up challenge and Art Journal Journey's Out and About challenge for March!

Thanks so much for visiting my blog!
I hope you're having a fun and creative week!

Oh Wow, this is a fabulous Travel spread. I have sat for ages looking at all the details you added. I think many of us would like to go on a long drive and get outside.
