Now that my new stencils have been released at StencilGirl Products, I can share what I’ve been creating with them so far! Today I'm showing two art journal spreads created with Just Plane Fun! I've been having a lot of fun with this whimsical little stencil, layering it onto textured backgrounds with Patricia Baldwin Seggebruch's String stencil! My favorite way to use Just Plane Fun is to pounce white acrylic paint through the stencil, let the paint dry, then outline the white shapes with permanent black ink. Really makes the paper airplanes pop!

I've also really enjoyed stenciling Just Plane Fun directly onto maps, and combining this new stencil with my cartography rubber stamp designs and other stencil designs I've previously released – like It's A Small World Latitude shown below! I created this art journal page by gluing down a map in my large Dylusions art journal, then adding stenciling with acrylics, rubber stamps and ink, and permanent black ink pen:
