There are 30-something pages in all, which trace the course of a river and have the words from
Norman Maclean's A River Runs Through It written in melted wax:
Eventually all things merge into one and a river runs through it.
The river was cut by the world's great flood and runs over rocks from the basement of time.
On some of the rocks are timeless raindrops. Under the rocks are the words and some of the words are theirs.
I love the way the original maps show through!

She explains: Good intentions of being a college professor flew out the window as more and more time was spent working on art projects.
