This Friday’s Feature artist is Jen Snyder!

I love her vintage nautical chart paintings!
Jen uses nautical maps and transforms them into unique mixed media paintings.

As a child, Jen loved art and hoped to be an artist one day.  She pursued her dream and received her degree in Photography and Fine Art from College of Charleston.  Since then, her work and services have been displayed and used in galleries, businesses, churches and homes throughout the country.  Jen loves that she gets to wake up every day and pursue her dream while helping shift other people's perspectives to see the beauty they often miss.

Jen Snyder resides just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina, along with her husband and little boy.
To find out more about Jen Snyder, visit her website, blog, or Facebook page!

I love map! I love how you mix the paint on the map. Lovely! The second one is my favourite.
