This Friday's featured artist is Eszter Bornemisza and her amazing fiber art and mixed media!
I'm especially drawn to her pieces that incorporate city plans as motifs!

She writes:
City plans appear as motives, signs, traces, ruins, the silt of the past.
As the urban structure develops, widens, thickens, clots and creates subsystems in history, the cities that live within us undergo an endless and continuous evolution.
The exploration that appears in most of my works also determines my working process

Mary, you always find the best posts for ypur Fridays! I don't comment much in your blog and have been doing much less social media too. So if I miss FB likes or comments, know I love your art and blog.
