Even more peeks into my small art journal...

I'm continuing to paint with mixed-media in my small Dylusions art journal. I love using the pages like underpaper while painting, making monotypes or working in my large art journal  – to wipe off paint brushes, my fingers, stencils, rubber stamps – so I am not wasting any materials that remain on my tools. It’s fun and gives me an immediate background, too, for layering even more media!

I created these pages simultaneously to making my DLP Week 8 and Week 9 spreads:
art journal
These pages layer acrylic, graphite, newsprint underpapers, glue and gesso along with QoR watercolors, decals, black Stabilo, stencils, my latitude rubber stamp, white gel pen and black permanent pen.
