For this week’s page, I built up the background with layers of acrylic and gesso to create marks and surface texture. Inspired by the month's theme Storytelling with the Written Word, I knew I wanted to incorporate Seth Apter's stencil from StencilGirl Products' November StencilClub again. And I loved the art challenge of hidden journaling, so I did my scribble journaling in black ink at both the top and bottom of the page! I added accents of white ink to enhance the stencil lettering and marks, too.
