If you are in the St. Louis area, I suggest checking out Citygarden!
Within walking distance of the Gateway Arch, Citygarden is located, between 8th Street to the east and 10th Street to the west, and Chestnut Street to the north and Market Street to the south.
Citygarden opened on July 1, 2009. Surrounded by no fences or gates, and with no admission fee, it’s completely open and accessible to the public 365 days a year – includes 24 pieces of sculpture by internationally renowned artists like Fernand Leger, Mark di Suvero, Keith Haring, Jim Dine, and Niki de Saint Phalle, 3 water features, a state-of-the-art video wall and even its own restaurant. Or grab some ice-cream or Gus’s Pretzels to go at The Fire & Ice Cream Truck – a souped up 1946 Ford Fire Truck selling St. Louis' favorite locally made treats, parked at 10th Street between Market and Chestnut, in the middle of Citygarden.
