Small Art Journal Fun!

Still having a blast in my small Dylusions art journal! My favorite media to use while art journaling are acrylic paints and StencilGirl Products!

I created this first spread while visiting Mary Beth Shaw at her art studio! The pages incorporate acrylic, ink, collage, Carolyn Dube's
Fridge Poetry stencil, and  Andrea Matus deMeng's Pretty as a Peacock stencil and Digital Artisan Papers. Traci Bautista's Deconstructed Cluster of Lilies, and white ink pen!

The Digital Artisan Papers are all designs Andrea uses in her own work, inspired by ephemera collected from her travels across the globe and some of her favorite international inspired patterns. She emailed these lovely FREE papers to her newsletter subscribers last summer. Thank you, Andrea!

This second spread incorporates gesso, acrylics, StencilGuts from Terri Stegmiller’s X-12 stencil and Carolyn Dube's Jumbo Vintage Typewriter Alphabet, rub-ons, and black ink pen for scribble writing. I also incorporated number stickers I added color to with Gelli plate printing!

Always a treat to see your pages- love the black and white with the pop of pink...and the composition of the woman- FABULOUS!

I like this walk on the wild side of Mary! I find the 2nd print interesting and love the bold colors and elements of the first!
