Art + Coffee = Art Saint Louis

Recently, I stopped by Art Saint Louis for two of my favorite things: art and coffee!
Art Saint Louis
I ordered a dark chocolate mocha and took in the new Art St. Louis XXIX, The Exhibition on display.

I even found an amazing piece of map art in the show!
Art Saint Louis
This piece by Manda Remmen intricately weaves recycled shredded strips of American currency into the shape of the United States!
The Fabric of the Country, Manda Remmen. Inkjet Print on Hand Pulled Paper made from Recycled Shredded US Currency, 8” x 8” x 2”
And there’s a world map at the front counter, too!
Mississippi Mud Coffee Roasters
So even though I was stopping for two of my favorite things, I got three!
Art, coffee, and maps!
Mississippi Mud Coffee Roasters
And I got two bags of coffee beans, too!
Mission accomplished!

If you’re in the St. Louis area, I highly recommend visiting Art Saint Louis at its new location with Mississippi Mud Coffee Roasters! And I also highly recommend the dark chocolate mocha!! (Oh, that’s four favorite things: art, coffee, maps and dark chocolate!)

Have a good week!
