I also love that this 1893 stone structure has seen more than its fair share of maps – having been built to transport passengers from one place to another! My map paintings are right at home inside!
Hope to see you there!

Today I hung my work at Kirkwood Train Station! I love the Romanesque-style of this historic structure! I also love that this 1893 stone structure has seen more than its fair share of maps – having been built to transport passengers from one place to another! My map paintings are right at home inside! I’ll post photos of the exhibit after Thursday evening’s opening reception!
Hope to see you there! Mary^

Way to go! Your own show. In a train station! As a map lover and a wannabe artist, I like to use maps in my art, too. I love watching your art. I'm also a Stencil Girl fan, so your stencils will have to go on my wish list there. Can't wait for the report on the show. Good luck!

Dear Mary Nasser - I would truly love to print your nice picture of the antique train station in Kirkwood MO. This is to be in a little Swiss Christian Newspaper (8500 ex).
