New Work Wednesday: Lava Flow 08/10/2011
My new painting this week is entitled Lava Flow. This painting layers a Hawaiian map, ink drawing, metal, mica, encaustic, and acrylic on a small stretched canvas. Happy Mid-Week! Mary CommentsFabricFascination 08/11/2011 6:48am
I love how textural your paintings are, they are very interesting to look at.

I just saw the other day about a volcano in Hawaii erupting, with lava flowing, but no humans are in danger. This is great work! Keep it up. =)

Nicely focused work, like the direction. Makes me thing of a friend of mine that LOVES maps. She'd like these. Thanks for visiting my site as well.

This is beautiful. I love the 3-dimensional look to it.
